A CA$100 will be deposited for the process to be started.

When you are ready to discuss your idea with me, please go ahead and purchase a custom order deposit. The deposit is not refundable and the amount will be taken out from the final price. I don't charge for the time spent discussing the orders and I need to ensure that my time won't be wasted if you change your mind.

Pricing

My pricing is honest and transparent. I have to charge for silver and other metals according to the current market value. The total price is going to reflect the time and complexity of your order. We will discuss an estimate before I start working which might fluctuate due to volatility of today's silver market.

Completion time. I usually complete your custom order within 3 days if I have all the materials and gemstones on hand.

  • Sterling silver, fine silver, brass, copper, upcycled china, and raw gemstones except diamonds.

    • Please allow 1-3 days for completion.

    • I ship all the silver jewelry to USA. I cannot ship beaded and copper jewelry to the USA due to the tariffs. 

    • Product must be returned for a refund of 40% within 14 days from delivery date.

    • No returns on custom orders.

    • Please double check your shipping address.

    • All of my jewelry comes in a branded Soul Eye Jewelry box with a complementary anti tarnishing cloth, care instructions and a thank you card.
